About

Hi, I’m Dr. Mayra Rodríguez, an urban forester who helps cities, organizations, and communities use data, education, and collaboration to build healthier urban forests.

My work sits at the intersection of urban forestry and community planning. I partner with municipalities, nonprofits, and community groups to better understand tree canopy, climate risk, and nature-based solutions—and translate that knowledge into practical strategies, tools, and programs.

Whether facilitating community conversations, analyzing spatial data, or designing learning experiences, my goal is the same: helping communities make informed decisions about their urban forests and environmental future.

If you’re interested in collaborating, scroll down to see examples of my projects and products, and feel free to contact me.
